SMEs — the businesses that make up most of the Indian economy — are usually left choosing between spreadsheets and software they can't justify the cost of. Serinity was built to close that gap.
What we do
Serinity is a cloud HRMS and payroll outsourcing service built for Indian small and mid-sized businesses. We handle attendance, leave, payroll processing and statutory compliance — PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF and TDS — either as software you run yourself, or as a fully outsourced service run by our payroll team.
We keep the platform tightly focused on what SMEs actually need day to day, rather than the long feature lists built for 5,000-employee enterprises, which is how we keep pricing realistic for a 30- or 150-person company.
How we price it
Per-employee, per-month pricing with no setup fee sprung on you after you've committed, and no requirement to sign a multi-year contract to get a workable rate. If your headcount shrinks, your bill shrinks with it.
We publish our starting prices on our pricing page rather than hiding them behind a "contact sales" wall.
